Quantum LEEP Academy is a space where multiple disciplines, can come together with educators to provide a wholistic approach to education, blending academics and social emotional learning.
Admission Process
If you are interested in learning more about admissions at Quantum LEEP Academy, the first step is connecting with a member of the QLA administration team by calling (773) 944-0864 or emailing info@quantumleepacademy.com . In this initial call we will review basic information about your child, school history, and what services you are looking for.
Our team will set up a time for you to come to Quantum LEEP Academy without your child to learn more in depth about our programming, discuss your goals, address your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and tour our facility. Please make sure to bring your insurance cards so we may take a copy and provide them to our Insurance Advisor to review and set up a time to discuss your coverage and benefits for the therapeutic elements of our programming.
At that time if both you and Quantum LEEP Academy team feel that QLA may be the right environment both socially and academically for the student, the student will be invited to do a half or full day visit.

Our partner clinic, LEEP Forward, Inc. is an In-Network provider with BlueCross BlueShield PPO and BlueCross BlueShield Blue Choice LEEP Forward and will submit claims directly for families who have a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan. For those with other insurance carriers, we will create invoices for families to send in. We will provide supporting documents as needed.
